B. OAuth Integrations (Google & Facebook)

When authenticating via Google or Facebook, you warrant that you are the lawful owner of the connected account and authorize us to access the standard profile data provided by those services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Permitted & Acceptable Use

EverydayBibleReading.com is provided for personal, non-commercial spiritual reading, Bible study, and educational enrichment. You agree not to:

  • Deploy automated bots, scrapers, or spiders to harvest text, data, or API endpoints.
  • Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security features, rate limits, or authentication tokens.
  • Use our platform to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.

4. Intellectual Property & Scripture Text

The EverydayBibleReading design, brand assets, source code, curated devotionals, and reading plan structures are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Scripture Text Attribution:

Scripture quotations designated as KJV are from the King James Version of the Holy Bible, which is in the public domain in most jurisdictions worldwide.

Any other referenced Bible translations or study resources remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright owners and publishers.

5. Account Termination & Suspension

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team to request account deletion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful, abusive, or automated attacks against the service.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service, Bible passages, and devotional commentaries are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverydayBibleReading.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
